A public organization in the energy sector wished to develop an optimization strategy of its operational effectiveness, in order to reduce costs.
The project’s magnitude left little time to the departments to coordinate with each other regarding the actions required to optimize the operational effectiveness of the organization as a whole.
We analyzed the various departments organization priorities. We then charted out a roadmap over the next few years by involving the upper management, and organizing the departments’ priorities into a hierarchy. We also assisted the organization in implementing tools to measure performance in project management, and the level of collaboration between organizational stakeholders; these to be tied in with the organization’s performance management system.

The municipality and mobility company needed to identify together new joint management processes, linked to the integration of the traffic management system.
We mapped the existing operational processes between the city and mobility company, as part of the bus traffic management,
We then assisted representatives from both organizations into developing a joint model of governance of the bus traffic management system and resolving operational problems.
